Saraya who held the AEW Women’s World Championship title revealed during an interview that wrestling currently does not require her services. During an interview on the Lightweights Podcast Saraya shared her views about her position in AEW along with her wrestling career prospects.

Saraya Offers an Open Discussion about AEW's Present Status

The interview session revealed Saraya’s opinion when she said "At this phase of life I don't see myself fitting in right now." According to her everyone currently maintains their separate interests…. Wrestling remains one of my favorite sports even though I will return to my profession someday. But right now, it’s good. They (AEW) don’t need me. They don’t need me.”

Her message indicates she maintains industry passion yet understands the women's division at AEW thrives well without her active participation right now.

A Time for Reflection and Recovery

Saraya had already written an amazing tale about her wrestling comeback. She returned to professional wrestling after an unexpected comeback following the retirement due to a serious neck injury in AEW during 2022.
