Jon Moxley vs. Adam Copeland World Heavyweight Championship match. Bully Ray spoke on

WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray engaged with the recent discussion about AEW Revolution 2025 match card ordering specifically debating why Toni Storm vs. Mariah May should headline instead of Jon Moxley vs. Adam Copeland World Heavyweight Championship match. Bully Ray spoke on "Busted Open Radio" to refute this idea because he believed the World Heavyweight Championship match correctly held its position as the main event.

Bully Ray started his segment by expressing admiration for the outstanding show Toni Storm and Mariah May had put on. The match received high praise from Bully Ray as he congratulated Mariah May and Toni Storm by saying "I just want to say Mariah May Toni Storm bravo ladies. Your combined performance received my full respect making it an outstanding show. The show proved entertaining as it exceeded every expectation from audience members because both wrestlers gave their bodies to deliver an exceptional performance.

In spite of his respect for their work Bully Ray maintained that the World Heavyweight Championship bout should occupy its traditionally primary event position. According to Bully Ray he did not understand why any match should take precedence over the Grand Championship match because this decision would devalue the championship status.

The wrestling tradition dictates that the World Heavyweight Championship battle should always be the final main event of the night to showcase its central status among all matches. According to Bully Ray the main event status of the championship bout should never change regardless of other match quality on the event card.

Bully Ray expressed appreciation for Toni Storm and Mariah May's work yet his opinion shows how main event placement discussions grow within professional wrestling.
